DOWNGRADE TO "STANDARD" PLAN
When starting your free trial, you will be placed on the “Plus” plan. However, for most companies the “Standard” plan is just right.
Here’s a walk through on how you can quickly downgrade to the “Standard” plan.
- Click on your Profile Icon (top-right).
- Select “Your Plan” from the drop-down.
- Click on “Plans” from the left-side menu.
- Click on “Downgrade to Standard” button.
- Click on “Downgrade Plan” button.
- You will now be on the Standard plan.
ADD PAYMENT INFORMATION
Here’s how you can add your payment method so that your active Help Scout account can continue after your trial is over.
- Click on your Profile Icon (top-right).
- Select “Your Plan” from the drop-down.
- Click “Add a payment method” button.
- “Please choose a billing frequency for Help Scout Standard” (Select “Monthly” or “Annually” billing).
- Enter your “Payment Information”.
- Click “Add payment method” button.
